Hello, I’m Helen Brimson, founder of BrainWorks and a fully qualified Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Solution-Focused Supervisor. I work online and in person in Bristol and North Somerset, supporting people to build calm, resilient, and mentally healthy lives.
I help adults and young people move forward when they feel anxious, low in mood, overwhelmed, or lacking confidence. Using solution-focused therapy and hypnotherapy, grounded in neuroscience, we focus on where you want to be and practical steps to get there. We also explore how the brain works when you feel stuck, helping you make sense of your experiences, reduce self-blame, and feel more in control.
I tailor every session to you and your needs. Having worked with neurodivergent individuals and in high-pressure workplaces, I understand how different experiences shape the way we think and feel. I support you to build on your strengths, reduce stress, improve resilience, and regain confidence.
